By downloading, installing, or using the Yabber App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Middle Middle, LLC.
2. Description of Service
Yabber provides an AI-powered voice coaching platform. We offer features including level assessment, goal setting, real-time conversation practice, and performance feedback.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
While Yabber may offer free features, full access to the App requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
4. AI Content and Accuracy
Yabber utilizes advanced artificial intelligence technologies. You acknowledge that AI-generated feedback and conversations may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. The App is provided for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional human instruction or legal/medical advice.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any voice data or text inputs you provide. However, by using the App, you grant Middle Middle, LLC a license to process this data as necessary to provide the service and improve our algorithms.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App for any illegal activities, to transmit harmful code, or to harass others. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Middle Middle, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its AI-generated content.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Middle Middle, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
